Camp Monitor: Center for Career Exploration
The Center for Career Exploration (CCE), a Far + Wise program, is seeking an energetic and organized Camp Monitor to support our Wednesday afternoon career exploration camps this Spring. These camps help middle school, high school, and returning students discover career pathways through hands-on experiences. Learn more at www.cceandfarandwise.org.
Camp Monitors ensure smooth, safe, and positive experiences for students and instructors. Key duties include preparing and transporting materials, setting up registration, managing sign-in/out, coordinating meals and supplies, supporting instructors, joining field trips, communicating with families, and resetting camp spaces. This role also serves as the onsite point of contact during camp hours.
Work is on Wednesday afternoons, with arrival at least 30 minutes before camp and additional time logged after each session.

Substitute Teacher: Lewis Scholars Program
Far + Wise is seeking flexible, dependable Substitute Teachers to help ensure consistent, high-quality learning when regular teachers are absent. Subs support lesson plans, classroom activities, student supervision, and positive culture across our programs serving elementary through high school students.
Ideal candidates are adaptable, collaborative, and enjoy working with young people from diverse backgrounds. Prior experience with children or schools is preferred. All substitutes must complete a background check and obtain a Blaine County School District volunteer badge.
This part-time, on-call role includes assignments in Bellevue, Hailey, and Ketchum. Pay is $88 per day on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and $110 on Wednesdays (extended day). Subs arrive at 2:00 pm on standard days and 1:00 pm on Wednesdays.

Marketing and Development Associate
Far + Wise is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing and Development Associate to support key communications and fundraising efforts. This role helps produce donor-facing content, manage fundraising events, and strengthen relationships with supporters and partners.
Core responsibilities include assisting with newsletters, social media, and other outbound communications; processing donations and maintaining the CRM; preparing donor reports; coordinating logistics for fundraising events; and supporting grant tracking, research, and submission.

Lewis Scholars Program Lead Teacher
Far + Wise is seeking a caring, creative, and highly organized Lead Teacher for the Lewis Scholars Program, supporting daily after-school learning for elementary and middle school students. This role leads a cohort of 20–25 students, delivers Far + Wise’s curriculum, designs enrichment activities, and helps create a supportive classroom culture rooted in belonging, consistency, and joyful learning.
Core responsibilities include facilitating literacy, math, and play-based enrichment; modeling positive habits and social-emotional skills; communicating regularly with families; documenting attendance and student progress; collaborating with program staff; and maintaining safe, structured learning environments. The Lead Teacher also participates in professional development and contributes to summer programming.

Lewis Scholars Program Assistant Teacher
Far + Wise is seeking a caring and reliable Assistant Teacher to support after-school programming for elementary students in the Lewis Scholars Program. Working closely with the Lead Teacher, this part-time role helps facilitate literacy and math activities, guide enrichment and play, and maintain a warm, consistent classroom environment where students feel supported and engaged.
Core responsibilities include assisting with planned lessons and activities, supervising students during transitions and outdoor play, modeling positive behavior, helping with daily setup and cleanup, and providing individualized support during academic and enrichment time. The Assistant Teacher also contributes to recordkeeping, participates in staff training, and attends occasional family engagement events.

Center for Career Exploration Coordinator
Far + Wise is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Center for Career Exploration Coordinator to help run engaging, career-focused opportunities for middle and high school students. This position plays a key role in keeping programs on track—supporting day-to-day operations, sharing information with families and partners, and helping ensure that each experience is well planned and welcoming.
Primary duties include organizing schedules and program calendars, coordinating transportation and site logistics, tracking registrations and attendance, and preparing materials. The Coordinator also provides general administrative support, fields questions from students and families, and steps in on-site when an extra hand is needed.
