From Kindergarten to Career

Far + Wise provides academic support and experiential education for students from early elementary through high school and beyond, and by removing financial and other barriers, ensures that all students can achieve their life, education, and career goals. 

And now, we are expanding. We are so excited to introduce:

Center for Career Exploration, A Far + Wise Initiative

Supporting All Pathways to Success

The purpose of this initiative is to educate Blaine County students about local jobs and careers, provide exposure to those jobs through instruction and hands-on skill-building opportunities in camps and classes. Ultimately, our goal is to match talent with need through apprenticeships and job placement with local businesses.

Connecting Blaine County Students to New Careers

The Center for Career Exploration (CCE) is an initiative of local nonprofit Far + Wise. The objective of CCE is to provide trade and vocational education, training, and job opportunities to benefit Blaine County students and local businesses. CCE will offer programming to middle school students, high school students, recent high school graduates, and adults who seek local options for continuing education and training in trades, service businesses, and other vocations.

Our partners include Blane County School District, College of Southern Idaho, and Sun Valley Economic Development.
